Log-on Screen
User 'buttons' are created
by management and each user has a unique ID and PIN number.
Access levels are assigned which allows access to certain functions.

The buttons set up
screen
Stock items are selected from
the product list and attached to a button.
Any button may be set as a 'jump' button
instead of a stock item. This means that when activated the page
of buttons will change to the new selected page of buttons.
A Typical Sales Screen
This is the sales screen which
shows the first page of buttons. As a button is pressed / clicked
that item with its' price etc is displayed in the shopping basket.

Payments
The Payments button has been
selected and the system is now ready for a payment method.
Payments may be simple Cash Out, or Credit card, cheque, foreign
currency or mixture of all types.
Cash out and receipt print
for rapid even money sales.

Cash sales with amount tendered
and change to be given.

F1;
Options for No-Sale, Paid Out, refunds, close etc.
F2; Management
can post an account for signature. This will add to clients account
for later payment.
F4; Void
a receipt and add back stock. Depends on access level.
Menu Pages;
Display buttons pages to continue sales if required.
F7; Powerful
discount structure. Discounts by line or by total value. Table of
discounts for look-up account sales.
Depends on access level.
F10; Sales
without stock items. Group selection for analyzing sales.
F11; Combination
of payment methods. CrCard, Chq, Forex, etc
F12; Reprint
a receipt at any time

Pages and Buttons
This is a further example
of a different page of buttons. Notice that from any page a link
button may be set to 'jump' to any other page. In this case 'Extras'
or say 'Drinks.
The number of buttons per
page is 36 and the recommended number of pages is twenty, providing
720 instant look up items for sale.
Colours can be changed at
any time if access level allows.
The Layaway
The 'Layaway' screen showing
the list of current tables in use.
Tabs may be viewed on screen
or printed locally or printed on a remote printer.
Additional items may be added
to an existing layaway, either to an existing Bar tab or existing
Table tab. If the additional item is for the kitchen then this will
print on the remote printer.
Also, if there are say 'Deli'
items on the order then these could print on the second remote printer.
(Maximum remote printers is usually 4)
The decider for which items
are to print on which remote printer is a tag on the menu item in
the menu / stock set up module.
Table selection when
allocating a table…
Table listing may be only
those tables being cared for by the current user, or the list may
show all tables including their booking status.
The switch to decide how the
tables are displayed is in the set-up module.
Transfer a table
Restaurant management
PAN-POS has a sophisticated
system for printing vital information to the kitchen / remote environments.
The system will control up
to four printers.
The system can print orders
to the kitchen noting which items are starters, main courses etc
as well as printing stub tickets that can be used in other parts
of the kitchen for items that might be for the grill chef for example.
At the same time there might
be items on an order that are required to print to the Bar or say
the Ice Cream section.
Messages to the chef can be
added to the ticket such as 'Waiter to Follow' or "Table 14
ready for Main Course" etc.

- Till balancing by Shifts
- Sales analysis reports
- Turnover by clerk to and
from any date
- Management reports with
profit margins by groups
Company Logo's and
promotional Coupons.
Your company logo can be scanned
into the printer.
Coupons are also easily printed
and can be dependent on the value of the sale.

Output of data via
MS-Excel
Transaction reports are available as described in the reports section
of the manual. Further reports
may be made by exporting to an Excel spread sheet if required.
